Can't Import photos from Google Pixel 6 Pro after version 11.

I'm having an issue importing photo to Lightroom Classic from Google Pixel 6 pro. this worked at version 11. anyone else have this issues and has resolved it?

Hey @chaare. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Are you importing images directly from the mobile device via USB? Is there an error on the screen?

 

Please share a few photos that you're importing in Lightroom Classic. Try these suggestions: 

  • Copy the images on the internal drive manually & import them into Lightroom Classic.
  • Try shooting images in DNG or JPEG instead of HEIC.
