Can't install Lightroom Classic 15.4 on M1 Pro MacBook Pro

I have 15.3.1 installed and ACR 18.3.

I keep checking updates on Creative Cloud Desktop and 15.4 won’t appear.

So as a result I get the AI Denoise error because of the stupid mismatch.

I downloaded the supposedly standalone 15.4 installer and it doesn’t do anything, opens Creative Cloud.
