Can't log in to LR Classic CC..."No email...

When trying to open LR and PS CC I get the pop up:   no account associated with the email.

I know my email and password and can login to adobe.com and LR desktop cloud app.

And when you log in to the main adobe website and check your account do you have an active subscription?

 

Being able to log into the Adobe website and to the Creative Cloud desktop app has nothing to do with having an active subscription plan. In the CC DTA you can go to your account. Check that whatever subscription you think you have is active and paid up.

I did. I am paid up and shows my subscriptions available
