Can't log into Lightroom without Serial Number

I've been using Lightroom CC for years now and for some reason got logged out. I am unable to log in with full access now. I have a membership that I pay for but says I cant develp photos cause I need to purchase a membship. I go to log in and it asks for my serial number which I no longer have. Customer service VIA chat was unable to help me resolve the issue. I have bought presets on the old software that I cant retreive.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

Where are you logging in?  Try logging in and out on your Adobe account (www.adobe.com).  Try logging out and in with the Creative Cloud app.  Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud app, then log in.  Last resort might be to use the Creative Cloud app to uninstall and reinstall Lightroom CC.
