can´t open catalog on new windows11 PC

I have moved a copy of my catalog to my new windows11 computer & downloaded Lightroom Classic from Adobe. I encounter errors when trying to open the catalogue. I have followed the guidelines on Adobe help, but still can´t get it to open. Is it a windows 11 problem? Do I need to run as an administrator?

You can certainly try running it as an Administrator.

It is not a Windows 11 problem.

If you click "Learn more" in the dialog, it will take you to a Help page with several suggestions on how to fix the problem "An error prevented Lightroom Classic from opening this catalog".
