Can't open Lightroom Catalog. Mac Studio

When I try to open a Catalog; this is what I'm getting:

The Lightroom catalog cannot be used because the parent folder “/Volumes/LaCie/Leon's_Pic_2020” does not allow files to be created within it.

Please either fix the folder permissions before continuing or choose a different catalog.

You have to make sure that exact folder has write permission granted. I can't advise how to do this on a Mac (I use Windows) but I'm sure Google can find those instructions.
