can't open Lr classic

I’d like to ask why my Lightroom Classic won’t open. The system check shows no compatibility issues, but the application still won’t launch. Also, my Creative Cloud desktop app won’t open either — it automatically crashes right after starting. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

Please let us know the version of Lightroom Classic you're using and the version of Windows. Are you getting a crash report or error message?

Hello:

My Lightroom Classic is version 15.0, and Windows is Windows 11.
At first, I received an error message, but later it stopped showing up and
the application just automatically crashes and closes.
I tried reinstalling it, but my Creative Cloud desktop app still won’t
launch.
I’ve also tried the solutions from the link you provided, but they still
didn’t work. What should I do next?
