Can't open LrC

Can anybody help me to open LrC? I've tried several ways (from HD and ACC) but It seems like a photofile is corrupting the task. I've tried to remove this particular file from the folder, but nope. The file next to could be removed.

When I keep the cursor on the files, it says "syncronation awaiting"

I have Win 11, LrC version 14.5.1

So many thx for your rapid reaction. The attached files will, I do hope, explain better than my words.

When I try to ANY RAW-file in LrC, the file _184352 appears on my screen. I can't move/delete it. After a restart of my laptop, the message is gone.

Neither can I delete the photo as mentioned/shown in the file _184352, while there is no problem deleting other files

In fact it's not a file that's appearing on the screen, just a "label" that won't go away
