Can't resize Live View Window in Tethered Capture

Hello, I am sure someone had this issue before but I can't find the answer to this. I was in the middle of tethered capture and then accidentally click something (typical when you are working lol) and my live view window instead of being small allowing me to view both the window and the latest shot, suddenly became huge almos as big as the screen, I clicked and double clicked everywhere and searched the settings, google and Lighroom support but I can't for the life of mine make it go to the small size as before. This really bothers me as I have to move this live view window high and low in order to see the latest shot.

Also I am normally shooting food flatlays from the top, so can't use camera's live view nor the view finder 😞 .

I hope it's some simple fix, getting crazy here, please help!!!

Correct answer Rikk Flohr_Photography

F button enlarges Live View here on Mac 11.5.2.  An any case unless you can tell us what you might be hitting as a possible trigger, we are only guessing.

Because your behavior is different than what I am seeing - you may want to refresh your preferences.

This procedure works for both Lightroom Classic and Lightroom Desktop.

If you are using Lightroom Desktop it can change the location of your local storage. Please review this setting after resetting preferences.

Reset Procedure:

1. Close Lightroom.

2. Hold down [Alt/Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.

3. Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog.

4. Close Lightroom.

5. Restart Lightroom.

Are you hitting F and making the window full screen?  Hit F again?

Hello Rikk, thank you so much for your reply, unfortunately this is not the solution 😞 .

The F button only affects the main Lightroom window, not the Live View Window (for Tethering Capture).

Also the Live Vew window is not in the Full screen mode, it's just big and I can't resize it.

I will attach the screenshot to show what I am talking about.
