Can't set full screen slide show in Lightroom

I have a PC with 16GB RAM (LR2015.7 and a Macbook Pro with 16GB (LR2015.6)  in either case if I select files for a slide show and have Zoom to Fill Frame checked the program with count to about 30 images and then stop.  This is a problem.  Is there a fix?
