Can't sign in into lightroom mobile for mac

Good night,

for the past few days I've been trying to sing in lightroom mobile to sync my photos without succes, whenever I click on "get started with lightroom mobile" nothing happens and on the preferences menu it seems that I haven't signed in. I'm trying to do it from a 10.12.6 macOS Sierra, I also have a creative cloud subscription (and signed in) and since I rebooted my mac I can't seem to log in again, I also tried it on a macbook pro and worked fine, also I can't seem to upgrade the app via creative cloud.

I've been looking for online solutions and tried deletind the OPM file, uninstallind and reainstalling but didn't work, tried many different options but I can't seem to sign in and sync. I want a solution for this problem it's getting frustrating.

What happens if you hover over the ID plate (see image below) and click the pull-down icon. Is the service shown as paused?

Also check creative Cloud desktop app for updates. |I think there may have been a recent update.

Nothing happens, not even my name shows up. There are no updates available on cc desktop app either.
