Can't techered capture

I just updated firmware Nikon Z9 to version 4.0 when i open lightroom classcic (version 12.4) and i want to techered capture i can't techered capture but before update firmware to 4.0 i still work it. Please advise to me Thank you.

You could try resetting the LrC Preference file using Method 1 as described in below linked Adobe Help document.
