Question

Can't uninstall (former) Adobe Lightroom CC

I updated my CC to the latest Adobe Photoshop (19.0) and Lightroom Classic (7.0.1). However, I noticed that my original Lightroom CC application (not to be confused with the new Lightroom CC) is still installed. I went to uninstall it, but all attempts either remove the Lightroom Classic or the new version of Lightroom CC. It seems the original CC is orphaned and is useless as the catalog is updated to be compatible with the new version.

Help please.

Have you tried to uninstall the old Lightroom version manually?

Do you get error messages?

Do you do the deinstallation as an administrator or with administrator rights?

Which operation system do you use?

The older Lightroom does not have an "uninstaller" anymore on my Windows 10 machine. The only uninstallers on the computer are connected to the new LR Classic and new LR CC.
