Can you create an User Export Preset which opens file as SmartObject?

I am trying to setup a workflow which exports files from Lightroom Classic that opens them in Photoshop as SmartObjects.  I realize I can do this one at a time manually, but am hoping there is some way of doing this via a User Preset.

    Outline: Make a PS droplet that opens a file as a smart object. Then in Export settings, choose that droplet in After Export: Open In Other Application:

     

     

    It's been years since I made droplets, so if you stumble on that, you might ask over in the Photoshop forum.

      Thank you John!!!  That worked.  Had to play around with how I created the Action in PS but in the end the file went to the correct folder and opened in Photoshop as a Smart Object.  This is going to help my workflow tremendously.
