Canceling Team Membership For Personal CC Account: How to transfer Lightroom Metadata?

I need to cancel my team Creative Cloud account and switch to a personal account (the $52.99 a month for the suite). First question, how do I ensure that all my Lightroom catalog files will transfer to the new account as seamlessly as possible? I have hundreds of thousands of images organized, tagged, keyworded, and edited in my current Lightroom app and the raw files are saved on multiple external hard drives.

Second question, in the past, when I had to move my Lightroom over to a new laptop, the metadata saved fine, but I had to manually "Find Image" for all the images in Lightroom and manually show Lightroom the path to the original files (even though they are saved exactly in the same on my externals). Is there a more efficient way to group "find" all the files to do this in a reasonable amount of time? Maybe I wouldn't even have this problem this time bc I'm not moving Lightroom to a different laptop, just changing the account?

Thanks!!

Lightroom Classic CC: No action required as the catalog and the data is local.

All edits are in the catalog. Images are stored "somewhere" locally on your disk.

When you transfer from one computer to an other, make sure, that the catalog file is transferred and the pictures stay or get copied to the same location on the new computer.

Catalogs are not associated with an account. They are a file on your hard disk that will open in Lightroom Classic CC regardless of who the license belongs to.

Question 2: see this document, specifically Figure 4 and associated text Adobe Lightroom - Find moved or missing files and folders
