Cannot access Print mode

When I open Lightroom CC, the only modes that appear in the top line are Library and Develop (see screenshot). So, how can I access the Print mode?

You can select all modules, including all hidden ones, in the 'Window' menu. Right-clicking next to the two module names should give you a pop-up menu where you can hide or show different modules.
