Cannot convert Lightroom catalog: corrupt

Hello, I am trying to update to Lightroom Classic. However it cannot upgrade my catalog.

I reinstalled the previous version and it can open the catalog but if I try to optimize or repair it says it is corrupt and cannot be

repaired. I have many backups but all have the same problem. Is there a way to repair a corrupt catalog when Lr says it cannot

repair it?
I have over 130.000 images, losing it or not being able to upgrade would be a disaster... thanks!

Simone

    Hi Simone,

This is known issue and we are investigating it. Some users were able to upgrade catalog after they've checked integrity of the catalog.

Refer Recover catalog and images after resetting preferences in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom https://www.lightroomqueen.com/catalog-corruption-cause-prevention/

Also, take a look at this discussion and try the offered suggestions Re: Stuck in Catalog Upgrade - LR CC classic

    Thanks,
