Cannot edit Lightroom V13.4 files (DNG) in photoshop v 25.9.1

Probelem opening lightroom files in photoshop!

All my software is up to date. Still I get this message:

Could not open “DSC02192.ARW” because the file is locked, you do not have necessary access permissions, or another program is using the file.

What can I do ? First time ever having this problem

Check what that message is telling you. Is the file locked? Is it located in a folder Photoshop is not allowed to access? You added 'DNG' to the title of your message, but the error message mentions a Sony .arw raw file, not a DNG. Does that ring a bell?
