Cannot Export LR Classic - Error message changed

LR Classic 12.2 and Camera Raw 15.2 (updated 2-18-23)
To rule out a problem with licenced use of Creative Cloud - I have CC installed on my laptop and until recently also HAD installed on an old Dell desktop running Wdws 10. My Dell desktop crashed and was replaced with a New HP Pavilion (running Wdws 11) in early January.

Successfully edited images in LR Classic on my NEW pc. But encountered error in exporting. Did not take screenprint but message similar to "Cannont Export; Watermarking not working"
A quick Google search of this error took me to several posts from Adobe users; all seemed to offer the same fix which I attempted to follow. (ALL STEPS TAKEN OUTLINED IN DETAIL in ATTACHMENT). I suspect I may have gone wrong somewhere because I still cannot export but to an internal error. See attachment.
Not sure of NEXT STEPS to correct this and need to get images exported and uploaded to my website. Does the last error message indicate a licensing issue? Did I inadvertently delete an .exe or critical file? Can someone please help? Thank you
