Cannot export using JPEG (There was an unknown error (1)

Hi,

For some time now i have been unable to export any images using JPEG in lightroom classic on windows

I have the latest version of lightroom classic, this has been a problem over the last few updates and nothing has changed. I can export in every other format including JPEGXL, but not JPEG, also changing the colour space doesn't help

i have attached images of the error and export settings, i have not changed the settings since it last worked.

 

Any ideas?

It says, 90000 ppi in image sizing. Please share this setting as screen capture.
