Cannot get 'show focus points' plugin to work in Lightroom - need help

Latest version of Lightroom Classic. On a Mac with latest version of OS Ventura. I've downloaded the plugin from the Adobe website and put the plugin into the folder for plugins in the user folder but I'm missing something as it does not show up when in Lightroom I go to plugins manager, This should be straightforward but I'm obviously not doing it correctly so ask for your help please.
