Cannot import Presets - get error Unable to import Presets a folder could not be created

I see people getting similar error that duplicate files exist but I get a folder could not be created. The company I bought the presets tried helping me but they say they haven't seen this error. I looked in Camera raw folder to see if they were there. They look like they are installing and then the error pops up. I have uninstalled and installed LRclassic rebooted computer. Just at a loss and want to use my favorite presets. I did have to wipe computer and reinstall everything. I was just adding back my presets and these from archipelago are not working.

What you could do is unzip them, and then place them in the correct location manually. Here's where develop presets need to go:

Macintosh HD/Users/YourUserName/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Camera Raw/Settings. Please note that this Library folder can be hidden by default, so unhide it if necessary and do not place the presets in the root Library folder.

If you wiped your computer and reinstalled everything, then check that Lightroom Classic has the necessary permissions:

Hi there! Could you provide more details about the type of file you're trying to import? What does the error message say exactly, and does it occur with all the presets? ^CM

It is a zip file. I had the actions before the reinstall on my computer. The company had me not unzip it first which I may have done the first time.  The file unzipped is XMP files. The error says Unable to import presets a folder could not be created.  The blue horizontal  bar shows quickly before the error like it is installing before I get the error. The company has sent me fresh zip files to try.  I have updated my OS, LRC and any other adobe software that showed due for an update. Granted permissions. deleted the files and tried again a few times. Rebooted after everything I have tried.
