Cannot install presets

I've followed the step by step instructions and my presets are in the Camera Raw/Settings folder with others that have installed properly.  However when I reopen Lightroom Classic CC again the new ones just do not appear.  What is wrong?

    Hi Ozjanette,

    We're really sorry for all the trouble. Could you please let us know the format of the new presets which aren't showing in Lightroom Classic CC? It should be in .xmp format.

    Also, is there any installation wizard for the new presets? Have you tried contacting the preset manufacturer?
