Cannot Install Presets - Lightroom Classic Windows - .ZXP File

Hello,

I have the exact same issue where I cannot install a zxp file with Lightroom Classic 9.2 on MacOS Catalina

Nothing is synced by the Creative Cloud App, so I tried to download the file manually but then I cannot install it in Lightroom.

Regular presets in zip files from other sites are working but none of the zxp files I have found are installing. Tried Anastasiy’s Extension Manager which does not see lightroom, ZxpInstaller, ExManCmd but even if it installs, it will not show in Lightroom and just copy the zxp file in another place. (~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CC/EM Store)

The presset I'm trying to install is https://exchange.adobe.com/creativecloud.details.101177.dark-moody-landscape-presets-for-adobe-lightroom.html

I also tried all the catalina fixes and everything on this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-common-addon-installation-issues.html

I've try to conact the supplier, no anwser...

Any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Eurico

Chating with Adobe, I learned that sometimes there is incompatibility when we install their products with the latest version of MacOS Catalina. The solution was to uninstall and reinstall everything.
Problem solved, it worked.

1) Restart your Mac in safe mode:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

- Restart your Mac. When you hear the initial sound, hold down the Shift key until the apple logo appears.
- Your Mac restarts in safe mode (slower than usual).

2) Uninstall products with the Adobe cleaning tool:
http://helpx.adobe.com/es/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

3) Delete the following Adobe files and folders:

MacHD] / Applications / Adobe xxx
MacHD] / Applications / Utilities / Adobe

MacHD] / Bookstore / Application Support / Adobe
MacHD] / Bookstore / Application Support / FLEXnet Publisher
Bookstore / Preferences / com.adobe.
MacHD] / Bookstore / Preferences / FLEXnet Editor
[MacHD] / Bookstore / Logs / Adobe

NB: The following files are located in the user's library.
To access them, from systems 10.7 or higher, open the Finder, access the Go menu (on the top bar) and hold down the "Alt" key.

~ Library / Application Support / Adobe /
~ Bookstore / Caches / Caches / Adobe /
~ Bookstore / Caches / com.adobe. *
~ Bookstore / Preferences / Adobe /
~ Bookstore / Preferences / com.adobe *.

* Everything that starts with this ...

4) Empty the recycling bin (very important).

5) Download the Creative Cloud desktop application from the following link:
https://creative.adobe.com/en/products/creative-cloud

Instructions for use: http://helpx.adobe.com/en/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-desktop.html

6) To restart the machine in normal mode, just perform a normal restart.
