cannot load any Lightroom-catalog

Question

After succesful new-installation of Mac Software Ventura 13.6.3  and LRC, I cannot load any Lightroom-catalog in my actual LRC program, which I have used before Re-Installation of Ventura. LRC else is perfectly working with new cataloges. When trying to load the cataloges I have used before I always get the following Note: "Der Lightroom-Katalog XYZ kann nicht geöffnet werden, da er bereits von einer anderen Anwendung geöffnet wurde. Beenden Sie vor dem Start die andere Kopie von Lightroom".
 
Who can help me?  There is no other copy of lightroom on my Mac. since I have it deletet.

In your operating system, please go to the folder where you catalog file is stored. There will be a file in that folder which ends with .LOCK (might be lower case). Delete this .LOCK file. DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING ELSE.
