Cannot open Lightroom Classic

Adobe Lightroom Classic has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I have never have a problem with Lightroom Classic until today.  Every time I try to open Lightroom Classic, it runs for about 30 seconds and then crashes.  I am on a Windows 11 machine.  I have the latest version of Lightroom Classic.  I have uninstalled and re-installed.  I have also reset the preferences using Shift+Ctrl.  This is suppose to reset the GPU setting. I cannot get to the option to change the Catalogue before it crashes.  It is not usable to me at the moment.
