A screen recording showing what happens after you click the Lightroom Classic icon to launch it. For example, does it briefly appear, show an error, or simply never open?
Also, could you let us know:
Is this happening only with Lightroom Classic, or are other Adobe apps affected as well?
In the meantime, could you also check if your issue matches either of these recent discussions?
