Cannot tether on Lightroom with my canon r5ii

so LR connects with my camera, and can trigger capture and work on live view, but when I take a photo it wont show on LR or save the photo where I designated it.

Lightroom classic is at 9.5.1

R5ii firmware is 1.3.1

on a macbook pro m4 max, tahoe 26.6.2
