Cannot tether Z7 II

LR 11.4.1 - OS 12.4 Monterey - Camera Nikon Z7 II - Tether tools USB C cable

I am having no luck tethering a Z7 II into LR. I thought though that tethering was now working on the Z7? Unlike the Z9, which we are still waiting for. I have a formatted in camera, card in the camera.

Can anyone help / advise at all?
