who can help me with the following:

I made a video and ofcourse photo's with my Sony A7rIII.

I can upload my photo's easily (I use Lightroom, latest version)

I can not upload my video.

I even can't find the video when I put my memory card in my Macbookair!

I know it is on the memory card, because if I check this out in my camera, it is there!

What should I do to fix this?

I cannot find an answer when searching the web.

Thanks a lot for your help!

greetings, Nanda

Sony writes videos to another folder on your memory card, called 'Private'. Lightroom does not automatically select that folder, because it is at the same root level as the 'DCIM' folder where photos are stored. You'll have to select the 'Private' folder manually, and check the option to include subfolders, because the videos are in some subfolder.

Hey, @Nanda Gilden. Welcome to the Lightroom Classic Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Do you see an error or pop-up in the app, or do the videos not appear in the import window?

Do the videos appear when you check them from the Finder?

Just to be sure, ensure Lightroom Classic has the required permissions on the macOS: https://adobe.ly/43zB3AJ

Let us know how it goes. Thanks!
