Cannot use plugin in LrC after upgrade

I use several apps with LrC, three of which are from Topaz AI. Two work fine and are in the menu

Photo>Edit In> {App name}. But when I follow this path, one is missing from the menu, Topaz AI DeNoise.

I tried to add it with the LrC plugin manager, but Topaz AI DeNoise is GRAYED OUT.

Please advise how I can add it to LrC.

BTW, I am using an iMac with the latest OS. LrC is release 13.4

In LrC, the photo you have selected that you want to edit in Topaz, Is that photo missing per LrC?

Or, if you use Smart Previews, is the drive the original photo is on, connected to the computer?

Sounds like you are looking for that particular plugin in the wrong menu. Not in Edit In, but in Plugin Extras, see:

Hi, the plug-in is not there either.

The part that concers me is that the app is grayed out when you try to install it.

Before the latest version of LrC was installed the plugin was visible in the app and worked great.
