Question

Cannot verify subscription status

Everytime I open Lightroom it says cannot verify subscription status. I've been able to use other apps such as Illustrator and Photoshop today so I don't know why Lightroom isn't working. I'm using wired internet at 110mb/s and I've also tried using the wifi and neither have worked. I've also tried the credential manager fix which also did not work. Please help!

So, that is not it, not sure what steps you have taken previously. Assuming you have used google to search on "cannot verify subscription status."

but, see:

Did you try and simply  sign out in the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App, then sign back in?

Only do so, if you have internet access on that computer.

Be aware that doing so will deactivate your copy of each CC App, Lightoom Classic, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc. They should be reactivated upon signing back in. Accreditation should occur.

I did try that and it didn't work. I restarted my computer and that seems to have fixed it for the moment but this isn't the first time this has happened and I would love a solution that doesn't make me restart my computer everytime.
