Canon R5 mark ii - RAW and C-RAW files are not recognised / able to copy to Lightroom

Hi, I have bought an R5 mk ii Canon camera. The RAW and C-RAW files are not recognised / able to import to Lightroom. Whereas Apple Photos does recognise them. The RAW and C-RAW files from my original R5 are recognised in Lightroom. What to do please?

Are you talking about Lightroom (Lr icon) or Lightroom Classic (LrC icon)? What version NUMBER? We need the version NUMBER and not words like "current" or "up-to-date".

The Canon EOS R5 MkII has been supported by Lightroom Classic since version 13.4. So, make sure that you have that version or preferably iater installed.

Note that Lightroom Classic is now at version 14.5. Therefore, that's the version you should aim to install.
