captura conectada al equipo, no trae las imagenes

hello
I need to use the option to photograph from my PC with a camera connected to the equipment from LRC.
It connects well, I can take the shot, but the photo remains in the camera, it is never transferred to the PC.
I filed an incident with Adobe but they can't find a solution.
If this happened to someone and they were able to solve it, please tell me how to do it and I will be more than grateful!
I have a Dell notebook and a Canon 60d with the latest version of LRC.
