Hey, @Marco Torelli Fotografia. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

The Samsung Book 4 also comes in an ARM variant, which may open a new venue for investigation. Please share the system info from Lightroom Classic from Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.

Specifically for Sony, you can check the correct answer shared here: https://adobe.ly/4x65LPT

Hi, Sameer. Thanks for your help. I found a solution with a little Gemini help:

“Driver Conflicts (Windows Only): If your camera connects to Sony software but Lightroom Classic still cannot detect it, a driver conflict may be the cause. [1, 2]
    - Open Device Manager on your PC while the camera is plugged in and set to PC Remote mode.
    - Look under libusbK Usb Devices for Sony Remote Control Camera.
    - Right-click it, choose Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list, and select MTP USB Device. [1, 2]”
