Capture Connected Freeze

Hello,
When I want to use the Capture mode in connected mode and I press OK everything freezes and the application closes or I have to force quit the program.
I have Lightroom Classic V12.1 and a Canon Mark II 5D and a new Macbook Pro!
Who can help me?

Bonjour,

Lorsque je veux utiliser le mode Capture en mode connecté et que j'appuie sur OK tout se fige et gèle et l'application se ferme ou je dois forcer à quitter le programme.

J'ai la version Lightroom Classic V12.1 et une Canon Mark II 5D et un Macbook Pro neuf!

Qui peut m'aider?
