Catalog backup

I Recently moved to a new PC running windows 11.   After getting everything moved over, I went to exit LRC.  At this point,  I did not get a window asking if I wanted to back up the Catalog.  I went to the Exit dropdown expecting to find Catalog Settings, but Catalog Settings  is not there.  I did some research and tried to do a Reset but that did not work.  Any thoughts on where the Catalog Settings option is hiding?
