Catalog Settings is not under Edit on drop down

I Recently move to a new PC running windows 11. After getting everything moved over, I went to exit LRC. At this point, I did not get a window asking if I wanted to back up the Catalog. I went to the Exit dropdown expecting to find Catalog Settings, but Catalog Settings is not there. I did some research and tried to do a Reset but that did not work. Any thoughts on where the Catalog Settings option is hiding?

Can you share more details about the issue? What version of Lightroom Classic you're using? Can you share a screenshot of what the Lightroom and dropdown menu looks like on your end?
