Catalogo corrupto error in Lightroom

Tengo un problema al tratar de abrir un catalago de lightroom, me aparece la siguiente pantalla:

"Por el momento no se puede reparar el catalogo corrupto"

Lightroom ha encontradoproblemas en la lectura o escritura del disco al intentar reparar "Catalogo Fotografias".

Me podría apoyar para darle solucion?

You need to restore a recent backup copy of your catalog file.

Me podrías apoyar diciendome como se hace el Backup copy?

Legend

You copy (not move) the backup catalog to a brand new empty folder that you just created. Then you double-click on this copy of the backup catalog file.

Sorry to hear about the corrupt catalog error in Lightroom, could you please let us know the version of Lightroom and the Operating system you're working on?

Also, do you have aback up of the catalog file? You mya try opening that and see if it works.

LA version que tengo del lightroom es 5.0 y el sistema operativo es Windows 10
