Bonjour

Lightroom classic version 5.7 considère le catalogue comme non-valide et refuse de l'ouvrir. Pas moyen de le réparer. Je ne sais comment faire. Merci pour votre aide

I have followed this thread and only have questions-

Was your catalog created with Lightroom v5.7 (the old legacy version)?

Did you buy a Plan and install Lightroom-Classic v14?

Did you open your catalog with the new install of Lightroom-Classic and allow it to upgrade?

Did you attempt to Import photos to a Catalog in Lightroom-Classic?

Is this when you encountered the problem you describe? I don't find your descriptions sufficient to understand.

Your screen-clips (0 photos) suggest you have not opened your master catalog (20years worth?).

And yet your screen-clip shows blank grey previews.!!!  This suggests to me a corrupt catalog.

Note: Some forum users cannot open to view 'Attached' screen-clips. Please use the icon above the message window that is called 'Insert Photos' for all to see your screen-clips.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.1.1, Photoshop 27.3.1, ACR 18.1.1, Lightroom 9.0, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.2 .

1-Was your catalog created with Lightroom v5.7 (the old version)? Yes, it was created with LR 5.7 (the old version).

2-Did you buy a Plan and install Lightroom-Classic v14? I purchased and installed v14

3- Have you opened your catalog with the new version of Lightroom Classic and authorized the upgrade? Yes, but Yes, the catalog shows empty folders of all photos.

4-Is this when you encountered the problem you describe? Yes, there are no photos in the upgraded catalog.

5-Have you tried importing photos into a catalog in Lightroom Classic? Yes, I can import photos.

5- Did you open your catalog with the new install of Lightroom-Classic and allow it to upgrade? Yes, there is nothing in the photo folders.

If it's a corrupted folder, is it repairable?  Adobe seems unable to do anything.

Corrupt catalogs are very rarely possible to recover. Do you have backups of a v5.7 catalog that you could try upgrading with v14?

LrC v14 will leave a copy of the v5.7 catalog when it tries to create an upgraded v14 version.

Do you still have Lr v5.7 installed, and will it open a v5.7 catalog? (not the new v14 corrupt catalog)

Restore a recent backup copy of your catalog file.

Translation to English

Already tried but it doesn't work... I ended up investing in the Lightroom subscription: it tried to repair the catalog: I got the collections back, but the photos disappeared from the catalog. I don't know what to do.

What about it doesn't work? Please be specific.

Regarding photos disappearing and collections coming back, explain this in a lot more detail. Show us screen captures. Use the "Insert Photos" icon to include your screen captures. Do not attach files.
