Catalogue Sync related problem

Hello fellow photo artists


I am using the 20GB plan. My desktop runs on W10.

 

The LrC is the latest version, 13.2.
I want to sync my main catalogue with the smart previews to access the same catalogue along with the smart previews on my Android pad.
This will immensely help me to edit photos on the go. I have turned on Lr Sync, but I'm unable to achieve my goal. The Lr Sync shows sync completely using only 50MB of 20 GB storage. This is impossible as the catalogue is nearly 1GB in size.

Moreover, I'm unable to find any icon beside the collections in this catalogue. If I visit Lightroom Web I am unable to find any photos.
What I'm doing wrong?
Please help me out.
