Cell options not showing

After the update to 13.4 my expanded cell choice of Show Header with Labels does not work.  Nothing appears.  If I click on a single cell, that one image does show my choices (file name on upper right and file type on lower right).  The "Show Rating Footer" appears normally.  I've optimized the catalog, 350000 images.  Windows 11.

Press J once or twice

If that doesn't work, please state your operating system version NUMBER (we need the version NUMBER and not words like "latest" or "up-to-date"). Also show us a screen capture (use the "Insert Photos" icon to include your screen capture in your reply; do NOT attach files)
