Certain Lightroom Buttons Not Working

My lightroom classic has been working just fine for the last year, until day, when many of the buttons don't work. The button click registers because it changes color, but the popup screen sdon't pop up. I have tried everything. I've reset preferences, my computer, and I even deinstalled and reinstalled the app. I noticed the problem when I went to print a contact sheet and the "print" button doesnt work. The "purge cache" button also doesn't work.

Anyone know how to solve? I can't finf a customer service number. I don't know what else I can do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
