Change Apple Trackpad Setting

Good morning,

I am using an M4 MacBookPro with a Wacom One Tablet. At the moment, when I am brushing to add/subtract to a mask using the tablet and pen, if I then use the laptop's trackpad it alters the size of the brush. 

Is there any way I can change the setting so that any movement on the trackpad moves the image - like in Photoshop when refining a mask?
