Changes to PSD files are not synchronised to Lr web Albums

Has anyone managed to resolve the issue of refreshing PSD files on Lr web albums? It seems like the images showing on the web are a cached version. Any editing done to existing PSD files on Photoshop are obviously showing correctly on LrC but despite being synchronised, these changes do not show on my web albums. Using Windows 10 LrC 9.3 Release.

From inside LR use 'Edit in Photoshop,' apply a change in PS, use 'Save' in PS, and then quickly click on the cloud icon inside LR. Do you see the below syncing activity? Once completed and showing as 'Synced' close amd then open your Web browser and start a new instance for lightroom.adobe.com. Do you see the PS edit. If not I'm out of ideas.

It's updating and syncing PS edits to PSDs on my system. Click on the cloud icon in the upper right corner and then on the gear icon. What is showing in your 'Sync Activity?'

 

With the above Preferences screen open hold down the ALT key and you'll see an option to 'Rebuild Sync Data.' This can take some time if you have a lot of files synced. Once completed you'll need to take Sync off of pause and then check the above Preferences panel and PSDs in the Web app for syncing of edits

Thanks for the detailed instructions Todd,
Held the ALT key and rebuit sync data. Took the Sync of pause and confrimed that Sync Activity is showing 0 in all three sections.
Photos are stil not synced, both PSD and TIFF while changes made using LRc Edit mode are showing.

If you save as TIFF in PS do the changes sync properly? If so and the PSD files have layers you need to make sure 'Maximize Compatibility' is set to 'Ask' or 'Always.' If set to 'Never' layered PSD files will only show the base image.

Yes, TIFF files sync properly eventually but it could take days to show all changes. I could not figure out what is the trigger for updating the cloud...
Yes, my Photoshop was set to Maximise PSD Compatibility, however changes to PSD files still fail to sync.

It can take a few minutes for changes made to a file to sync to the Cloud. Check in the upper righthand corner as shown below. Once synced you will need to close lightroom.adobe.com in your browser and reopen it to load the resynced image(es).

Hi Todd,
Thanks for following up. Changes to PSD files never sync! The upper righthand corner is showing a green tick mark. Even If I create a new collection, sync it with Lightroom and wait for the sync to complete, changes to PSD files do not show on LR web albums.
