How the hell do you get to speak to someone at Adobe

    This is the most recent advice from Adobe Staff regarding "Chat"-

     

    Please begin a secure chat session at-
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.

    If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device, a different computer, smartphone, or tablet to begin the interaction.
    While it may be simpler to contact Adobe via telephone, there are several advantages to beginning a secure chat session. One of the  greatest is their support technicians' ability to take direct action to resolve a computer problem. If you have an account-related question, that  information will already be on the screen when you speak to someone via a chat interaction.

    It can be tempting to try to get to a person as soon as possible. Still, the automated system can understand many common questions and  provide a personalized solution. If it is unable to do so, then the information about your concern is passed on to a person.

    Your answer is COMPLETELY INACCURATE.  Selecting your link simply takes the visitor through the same cycle that GOES NOWHERE in searching for help.  Adobe simply does NOT PROVIDE help ... just a continuing cycle of screens, that lead nowhere.  There is not a "chat" icon anywhere, no pop-up options, and no telephone support links.  Suggesting that there is such a possibility simply misleads users.
