Hi.

Before the latest update LR Classic was able to detecte my GPU (GTX 1070 ti). Now I wanted to see those improvements with the GPU acceleration, but there seems to be a bug.

I searched online, someone have fixed it with a clean install of the nVidia drivers. I did it but it didn't help for me.

Anyone know what to try next? Thanks!

See linked GPU Troubleshooting document Adobe Lightroom GPU Troubleshooting and FAQ

  1. Ensure your graphics card driver is up to date.
  2. Ensure your graphics card is supported (see above linked document)
  3. Also, make sure you have Windows 10 installed (required for DirectX 12, which is also a prerequisite for full GPU accelerations).

Well thanks! I'm still on Win7 that's why it doesn't work.
