Clicking and dragging modifier name in Dev module no longer working

Hi all,

I feel like I might be going a little mad, but I seem to remember you used to be able to click & hold on a slider's name in the Develop Module (e.g. Exposure or Dehaze) and mouse left or right to slide the slider. Now when I try this I get a pop up/overlay saying: "Modify X with + / - keys".

I haven't had to use Lightroom Classic for awhile so am I misremembering? Was this function removed or switched off by default?
