Clients cannot log in to see proofs

I am trying to send clients proof sheets from Lightroom. One client has tried but when she has tried to log in using their own Google account, an error comes up from Google that reads, 'Error 403: disallowed_useragent'. Google Authorisation Error.

How can I get clients to sign in using their existing Google or Facebook accounts without having to create a whole new Adobe account?
