Cloud deletion due to expired subscription

Hi.

I am very confused as to what is happening with Lightroom.  I'm not getting any help from Adobe 'Chat'

I just received an email stating any content on the cloud would be deleted in 14 days unless I purchase a plan including cloud storage.
First question is - how do I know what is stored on the cloud?  I don't remember putting anything on the cloud.
Secondly, I already have a plan that includes cloud storage. - and I pay a monthly subscription, so not expired as far as I know. (Photography Plan with 20GB storage).

I have searched my emails and can't find anything explaining all this.

I'm not technical - can I please just have some simple answers as to what might be happening, and what I need to do?

Thank you

You could call Adobe service, and if you get a chatbot then ask to speak to an agent.

There have been a few messages asking the same question. If you did not deliberately expire your current subscription, then could this be from a trial subscription using another email address? It's standard message, so it doesn't say that you actually have something in the cloud, only that if you do it will not be available anymore.

Thank you for taking the time to answer.  I was hoping it was something like that because I haven't stopped my subscription - but I have noticed it is telling me the price of the subscription is nearly doubling.  Just wish there was someone I could just speak to instead of trying to 'chat'.  Thanks for your help
